Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location or during festive seasons.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹5000/-.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation.
  • In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.

4. Delivery Partners

  • We use trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Poie purchase!
If something doesn’t fit right or arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility

  • Exchanges and returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear, have stains, or are returned without original tags will not be accepted.

2. Exchange Options

  • We accept exchanges for size changes or in case of defective/damaged/incorrect items.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the size requested is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a replacement product.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@nyraaarts.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the product.
  3. Once your request is approved, our team will share return instructions.
  4. The item must reach us within 7 days of approval for inspection.

4. Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or to your original payment method, depending on the case.
  • COD orders will be refunded as store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, altered, or discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Accessories and gift items are also non-returnable.

Additional Notes

  • Slight variations in color, weave, or print are natural in handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.
  • Please ensure you record an unboxing video for quality verification in case of a damaged product claim.
