At Poie, every piece is crafted with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Since our garments are made in limited quantities, we follow a transparent refund and cancellation process as detailed below.

Order Cancellations

1. Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at support@nyraaarts.com with your order number.
• Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. After Dispatch

• If you wish to cancel an order after dispatch, please refuse delivery. Once we receive the parcel back in unused condition, we’ll issue store credit (after deducting shipping costs).
