Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
• The item cannot be replaced due to unavailability of stock.
• The return has been approved by our team after quality inspection.

2. Refund Method

• Prepaid order refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
• Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Size-related exchanges (a replacement will be arranged instead)
• Customized, altered, or sale items
• Items returned without prior approval

Exchange Instead of Refund

• For size issues or minor concerns, we encourage exchange over refund to help reduce waste and maintain exclusivity.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or style.

Important Notes

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Please provide an unboxing video or clear images if the item arrived damaged or incorrect — this helps us process your claim faster.
• Refunds are processed only after the product passes our internal quality check.
